Why it's ok to start 100 writing projects... and level up faster than 50% of humanity
Are you a serial starter? What happens to your creativity when people tell you you're a failure to be starting a ton of writing projects and not actually finishing them?
Here are three thoughts that matter to me:
Survival and creativity don't usually work well together.
Give yourself permission to start lots of things lots of times, like a kid - most people never do
You might need a hundred ideas to decide which one deserves a hundred hours of attention
What do you think?
This is an excerpt from today’s morning writing livestream. Every morning, I go live on YouTube to write and hangout with other authors! I go live roughly around 6:45 am to 7:45 am est. It’s very relaxed, a chill community, and we watch the dawn come up out my windows.
You can also join me in the replay and follow along the writing sprints!
Each day, I plan to share a writing tip or idea, something I’ve found really helpful. I’d love to see what questions you have, and share what I’ve learned!
