Legends & Worlds: An epic online retreat for busy people to play life better
It’s your life. Let’s play it better!
We’re putting together a small party—just 8 adventurers—for something new: a 4-week online retreat and adventure inside the LegendHaven universe. Once our party is full, we’ll begin.
Ready to stop living like an NPC? Reclaim wonder, agency, and joy and joy in your life, like the hero you were born to be.
Most of us live like NPCs in our own lives: running errands, stuck in loops, checking boxes. Work drains, screens numb, faith feels flat. You know something is missing, but you don’t know how to figure it out.
Gaming reminds us what’s possible. Every quest has meaning. When you play, you get to be curious, decisive, bold. Those instincts don’t belong only to your character sheet. They’re yours.
The problem is you never get the chance to practice them in real life, where the stakes feel higher and the map is unclear. That’s where Legends & Worlds comes in.
This is for people who want their love of play to serve their actual life. People who are tired of drifting, and want to feel wonder again. Anyone who senses that faith and fun don’t have to be in separate boxes.
Why we think it’s exciting:
This is more than a fun game night playing through an adventure together online. It’s a reset retreat for your life geared as play:
Adventure that counts: Each one-shot is built to immerse you in the epic world of LegendHaven, where your choices matter.
Real-life crossover: The debrief afterward flips the script and you become the character. Suddenly your stats, your alliances, your side quests start make more sense.
Spiritual depth: A Catholic priest helps you see the deeper patterns, tying your in-game instincts to how you live, love, and lead. This isn’t abstract spirituality, it’s guidance you can actually act on.
Micro-quests that stick: Instead of vague advice, you’ll walk away with specific challenges to test. The way games hand you “power-ups”? That’s what you’ll get: simple mechanics to boost mood, attention, and courage in real life.
This format runs for four weeks. That means you can test and adjust game and life changes in real time with a party cheering you on. All in a private group in our community app to stay connected with.
Let’s translate game mechanics into life mechanics
You’ll work through these 4 sheets:
Character Sheet (Self Audit): What’s your real build?
Your World (Context Audit): Where world are you playing, what conflicts are you in, and what rules do you have to work with?
Guilds & Parties (Community Audit): Who buffs you? Who debuffs you? Who’s on your team, who do you pick, and what does being on a team mean?
Main Quest (Direction Audit): What’s your next meaningful objective in 30 days, one year, and five years?
Your hosts: two avid gamers who love their Catholic faith: a D&D Game Master and a Catholic priest
